epilogue
A bold title paired with complementary typography and a minimalistic layout serves as an epilogue; a visual conclusion, that reflects on and unifies the collective work of twenty BFA and MFA students from Portland State University’s 2022 graduating class. As the lead designer and project manager, my goal was to create a thoughtful closing statement for the annual exhibition catalog, balancing clarity and restraint to let each artist’s work take center stage. Through careful type pairing, composition, and pacing, I crafted a design that felt both cohesive and contemplative, offering a refined visual commentary to honor the creativity and diversity of the graduating class.
